The USA Network takes the top spot in basic cable ratings for the first quarter of 2009. A big part of that is thanks to Burn Notice taking the number one spot for an original series on basic cable in the first quarter. Hopefully the third season will be good enough that USA Network can enjoy this type of success in the future.
