Michael finds out his mother’s house has been bugged, but by the time he finds the listening post in a nearby house, the surveillance team has left and destroyed their gear. Madeline says she will tell Michael crucial information if he helps her neighbor, Laura, who has been scammed out of a large amount of money.
With the help of Fiona and Sam, Michael outsmarts con-artist Quentin, and returns the money to Laura. Madeline rewards him with important information that helps him get one step closer to finding out who burned him.
