The San Diego Union-Tribune has handed out their mid-season awards. Since it is being posted here you can probably guess that Burn Notice received one, and that was:
HISSY-FIT OF THE YEAR
To Michael Weston, the Icee-cool spy played by Jeffrey Donovan in USA’s “Burn Notice,” who responds to almost being blown up by blowing his top for the first time in the show’s history. “I just want my life back!” he bellows at Carla, the Ice Queen operative played by “Battlestar Galactica” heartthrob Tricia Helfer. “We’ll get back to you on that,” she coos. Even when the show isn’t firing, Donovan and Helfer are combustible.
